Spent a relaxing 4 hours, a wonderful mindfulness walk in the forest, time in the hot tub a superb back massage followed by home made cake and tea, perfect birthday treat, thanks Cheryl

I had a really magical walk and talk with Cheryl. I'm new to the area and she held space for me to release a lot of things that had been on my mind and 'holding' from a couple of difficult years. She listens and offers practical tools and advice. I would highly recommend - and I'll be booking another walk soon :)

I went to Cosmic Teapot for a private retreat and it was the most amazing experience. Cheryl is a wonderful practitioner and provided such a safe and nurturing space. I got so much out of the coaching and the physical treatments, and enjoyed quiet time in the lovely cabin, the hot tub, and walking in the beautiful forest nearby. It was exactly what my mind and body needed. Thank you so much, Cheryl, for such a transformative experience.

We had the best hour with Cheryl on a mindful forest walk, with a short meditation session at the end. We all learnt so many techniques and tips on how to deal with stress which I will definitely use in the future. I couldnt recommend Cheryl enough, she tailored her approach perfectly to our group and even my friend who isnt into meditation etc enjoyed herself. I will definitely be booking in with Cheryl again!
