Alex and the team did a super job for us. All of his tradesmen are polite and tidy, and have a very high standard of finish. In particular, Alex was the only builder who spent a lot of time beforehand to understand the scope before quoting, and to identify potential issues before starting work, which consequently meant the project went without major surprises, interruptions or unforseen costs. He also managed the critical parts of the build to bring the timeline forward, despite challenges with material availability post lockdowns. The only negative was that our project was probably a fill in job for Alex, so communication was sometimes a bit rushed and impatient, but the guys on site were always responsive and made sure questions etc got dealt with. Overall we're very happy that we went with Alex, and so far (6 months on) we've had no snags or issues to deal with.
