We asked them to do a basic clean: floors, inside windows, bathrooms, dust surfaces. After three hours in my house they had not managed to fully complete the upstairs. When I did go upstairs to see what they had done the floors were still dirty the window seals were dusty, The shower had not been cleaned, the toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Despite me specifically requesting they only use our own hardwood floor cleaners they disregarded this and used their offbrand products. in addition, they showed up with a shop vac to clean a house! I cannot tell you how utterly disappointed I am in their service. When my husband got home he asked if the cleaners had actually been because the house was still so dirty! Service: Standard cleaning
