Truly caring and compassionate staff who work tirelessly to support the vulnerable people they work with. The Day Centre Activity Team, with Hayley & Julie, and the Domiciliary team who support mum at home provide an excellent service which makes a huge difference to mum's quality of life.

This service has given my daughter her own feeling of independence from us as parents, it is encouraging her to be more sociable and learning life skills along the way, such as road and stranger safety and communicating in shops and restaurants along with handling money. She feels safe with her buddy and very much enjoys her time with them. For myself liaising with the very approachable team in the office nothing is ever a problem and if certain things cant be altered alternatives are always offered, it makes organising the buddy system for my daughter straight forward which is very much appreciated. This is working very well for us as a whole family.

After several months in hospital Sheila was transferred out to Townsend House, which, after a few months, closed. We struggled to get support and thought that Aspire at Euroclydon would help with their new homecare venture but that never got off the ground; so when Crossroads was suggested the name crossroads seemed to sum up our predicament. We had prepared ourselves for almost any support we could get, but should have had more faith because since being with Crossroads Sheila has derived great benefit from the care provided and especially from the social contact and activity routines. Now she really feels part of the Crossroad family. Thankyou
