Shockingly unprofessional and spiteful - tried to order some bricks from this company but had some questions about pricing, lead times and specifications having received some confusing information from a very unhelpful local builders merchant Buttles. The lady who answered the call was very rude on the telephone. I told her I was shocked by the way she spoke to customers and that my company would have closed down if I had that attitude to my customers. The company then refused to sell us their bricks and seemingly blacklisted us. When the person to blame was their employee who I assume is in some way related to the company bosses. Disgusting way to treat customers and moronic way of running a business. I'm sure I'm not the first to be spoken to like that and I won't be the last
