Brilliant company, lots of skilled animals, they are all positively trained using reward based training and the animals get all the rest time they need and are well looked after and cared for.

The whole experience with The Animal Company was stress free and pleasant, right from the start with our initial enquiry and booking right through to the handlers and reindeer arriving at our event. The staff who arrived on the night were professional and polite, turning up with plenty of time to set themselves up before our guests arrived and handling the reindeer well (even in the odd moment when the reindeer decided to be divas in front of the cameras!) despite the bitter cold. They kept back, allowing the reindeer to take the spotlight, whilst also being friendly and talkative when approached by guest who wished to find out more about the animals. The reindeer themselves, despite the occasional fidget, were a credit to their trainers and stood patiently while they were petted and photographed.
