The Bristol Camper Company

The 2 yr old van we bought from The Bristol Camper Company has cost just under 5000.00 to put right. It had been in an accident prior to purchase. BCC were less than helpful. The DEKRA report subsequently allowed us to reclaim the losses via section 75. Terrible service. **Richard was extremely arrogant, dismissive, rude and behaved like he was doing you a favour all the time**. First sign of trouble with the van the shutters came down and blame was apportioned anywhere but themselves, with laughable legal terminology thrown about for good measure. Veiled threats were also made regarding this initial review. Unfortunately this guy had been given a senior role in the company and I guess his subordinates felt they could not do anything about it. He made the process of sorting the issue impossible - I had no choice but to seek advice and help elsewhere and eventually reclaim the costs through the credit card company. Thank goodness I paid a good portion of the balance via a credit card otherwise I'd have been screwed. You know that feeling when you're being treated extremely badly but there's nothing you can do about it. This guy is bad for the business, but the bottom line is that the company as a whole should not have sold the van in that condition and should have accepted responsibility. The proof of the existence of the defects however had to sit with me and subsequent reports on the van went on to prove a defective van was sold.

Fab company, their units are amazing!! Such great quality. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the communication was great from start to finish

If you want excellent customer service that is personalised and friendly, then go to The Bristol Camper Company. all the staff are really friendly and when you have a problem they listen and sort it out for you, with no quibble. The end result is 100% satisfaction.

We saw the Camper Van online and rang Adelle. Adelle was very knowledgeable about the interior and answered all of our questions. We made arrangements to buy the camper over the phone and paid a deposit. All went very smoothly, I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about paying for a van we hadn't seen! No need to worry, all was as expected and we were thrilled with our purchase. Thank you The Bristol Camper Van Company.
