Kitty and Lylie created an exceptional experience as I sought to have my engagement ring remodelled and have a signet ring made which incorporated the metal from a ring I had inherited. They listened carefully to my stories of both rings and what I wanted; they were advisory whilst being inclusive and suggested multiple options, being pragmatic about the best solution. When I got the rings, I was blown away. Not only were they both beautiful, they reflected my personality, were exactly what we had discussed and agreed, and exceeded my expectations - I haven't taken them off. Probably like many people, I had accumulated jewellery over the years which I rarely, if ever, wore. I took advantage of Lylies Gold Exchange scheme, receiving a credit for the gold jewellery I did not want which I used towards purchasing some beautiful pieces of jewellery made by Lylies. The whole process was seamless and I cannot fault the service provided. My new jewellery is beautiful and I am sure will be regularly worn rather than left in a drawer. Lylie and Kitty worked together to design and create my engagement ring and I couldn't be more in love with it. They were wonderful to work with, really got to know us and to understand what kind of style we liked and the finished ring is amazing. Thank you both so much!

We commissioned Lylie to make some gold cuff links for my husband, brother and father. She was delightful to deal with and the end result was amazing! The cuff links were posted and arrived safely, beautifully packaged. Thank you Lylie, we look forward to the next project!
