        Been using this company for the past 7 years. Ordered some seirin j type needles in my last order. Package arrived with a box of needles missing. Thought here we go. Rang up customer service and they sorted the issue out promptly without hesitation. Was pleasantly surprised. Can't fault them. Happy customer.

        Ordered a aircast tub last Tuesday, but needed some extra information on how to use it after being in hospital. I called in, and Dominic returned a call back and went though step by step. I only paid a slower service as it was 2 cheaper, and it came next day with Fedex. thank you.

        I ordered from this company and not recieved my items within the specified delivery time. I am fully expecting them to blame Royal Mail strikes however, there has been plenty of notice and the items could have been sent by courier. No answer to email and never answer calls. Good luck to anyone who uses this company. Your go na need it.
