        I was a bit sceptical about hypnotherapy but went to see Julie with an open mind. I really enjoyed the experience and I came away feeling a greater sense of calm and energy - I had been quite anxious about a number of issues and it was affecting my day to day activities. We only needed one session to change my perspective and Julie gave me some material to use on my own which has been immensely helpful. Oh and there were no swirly pendulums! I'd say it was closer to a guided meditation. Highly recommended.
