First time I left with orange roots and it took ages extra he offered to redo the toner if I booked (aka paid) for a blow dry. I was desperate because everyone else was fully booked for Christmas so I booked again. Waited 40mins outside and he never showed up, didnt reply texts or calls. Apparently treatwell gave him the wrong number to contact me which is weird since its the number I used to log in in the app. He then claimed to have tested positive but that he was going to a clinic to test again (I mean if you test positive why would you go OUTSIDE and risk infecting more people??) He rescheduled me without even checking it was a good time or showing proof he was negative. After I moved stuff around for him (Im freelance so thats an extra day I took off work and getting paid for this) he tried to move me again a couple of hours before the appointment as he was trying to fit in more clients, treating me like Im stupid and he was doing me a favour to move me again. Absolutely no respect, very condescending tone calling me honey and acting like I dont understand covid or work- Ive never been so disrespected trying to get a simple bleach and tone not to mention on my birthday.

Tan is an excellent and charming colourist. I have been visiting him since he opened as I have never found anyone better and I always get complements on my hair colour. He is efficient and has never let me down.I always enjoy my visits. He is professional and kind always going the extra mile. The salon is fully socially distant as well which is very reassuring. I do not understand how anyone could give this place a bad review. Ive recommended it to my friends and they have also become customers. Service: Hair coloring
