Dr Shakarchi's Practice

Extremely incompetent doctors and nurses. The level of ignorance was unbelievably high. Ive moved to Chelsea in December so I had to find a GP near my house and it was the closest one. Ive been given wrong antibiotics which brought me to the hospital, after Ive complained and wanted to speak to someone and ask how is this even possible I was completely ignored. Then I got pregnant and I needed advices and of course - completely wrong again. Basically their ignorance and incompetence put me in a huge danger more than 3 times. Please beware!!! Better look for a different place, if you respect your health - stay away from them

I called yesterday to ask if they could accept a new temporary patient advised by the NHS, for one of my family member as I am register with this gp, the secretary who answer the phone just loudly reply 'NO' and hanged up the phone on me. So rude, you would not expect such behavior in a gp centre. Now I see why so many people are complaining. Lazy, Rude and Inappropriate.

Unprofessional receptionist don't know what's going on, I called to get to ask about if I could do my PCO medical report and they said it okay so I booked my appointment and it took 3 weeks for the closest appointment, and just before before my appointment I called to ask them what time I should be there the receptionist said the doctor is not doing it anymore. Clearly they r not tranind properly but at least act professional. I'm definitely moving form this horrible GB seriously it's the worst GB. I feel soo frustrated and angry.

Horrible doctors. If you hate people, don't pick doctor as your profession. One has raised their voice at me, and another seems to have deliberately gotten my prescription wrong twice. I am now having to call them a third time. I recommend you read the additional reviews - the Drs here (I have been to the male and the female) are just not great. Hopefully the receptionist scares you off first so you don't have to go through what me and others seem to have as well.
