From the initial setting up to the ongoing sales nothing is too much trouble and the team are down to earth, know their product inside out and most of all took time to get to know our business and how best to meet our need. Ongoing support has been fantastic, with speedy deliveries, service support support and bespoke POS that blew us away. The training has been 1st class and continues to be when required. Thanks all, we are so glad we made the right choice in having you as our coffee partner.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BADLY MADE COFFEE. I purchased two flat whites from Wells Market today and one had no milk foam at all and was basically just a white coffee. The coffee tasted burnt and I had to add a sugar to it. I asked the man behind the counter for another one with microfoam in it and he simply topped up the milk. This made it even further from a flat white. He offered no apology and was curt and chippy with me. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A REALLY BAD COFFEE. Such a shame as I love Wells Market, but I won't be buying this coffee again.

I purchased my first ever coffee machine and received fantastic service. I had little knowledge of how the installation process worked and what facilities we would need in our shop but the team talked me through every step. When the machine arrived we caused an error with the machine (entirely our own fault, the instructions that come with the machine are very clear but a communication error meant they were ignored) which caused it to stop functioning. Despite this fault being caused by us, we called them up and spoke to Martin. He helped us diagnose the problem and then personally sent us the necessary replacement part at no extra cost which then arrived the next day and resolved the problem. I could not be more impressed and am extremely happy with the machine.
