Brought some hibiscus cut leaves and found them to be lacking in hibiscus flavour and the proper red vibrant coloured youd expect from hibiscus. Kindly asked them for a return/refund but so far have been asked for a batch code so they can inspect their own batch to see where the discrepancy is. Fact is Im not happy with said product and have asked repeatedly for a return but have been ignored. I will be disputing this through PayPal as its clear from my experience with this company that they'll drag their heels whilst refusing to reply to emails within respectable timeframes.

I had first time placed an order with healthy supplies after reading so many good reviews. Very unfortunate experience I had, since my order never arrived and they used a dodgy company to deliver my good. After 20 days they discovered it was in another city. All the time I was in a misery. I found it too hard to find out what was happening because I could only email them. No contact number.

A bottle arrived damaged and the content spilled all over the box. Healthy decided to also close the service request unilaterally. Well done
