Absolute awful experience with this company. I dont know how they are still in business treating customs so badly I placed an order via the website for what looked like a good price for some work wear that was stated as in stock I paid and received an automated acknowledgement of the order and that was it.... Didnt receive any updates even though the site said in stock and items will be shipped the next day. After around 10 days I sent an email, no response, I then called and was told someone will call me back... They didnt . I called every day and also emailed only to be ignored. Eventually I spoke to someone and had to threaten to contact Trading Standards they said they would get this sorted. I then received an email saying the items were not in stock and I would receive a refund, I did receive a refund after a few days but not for the full amount that I had paid! So now I have to try and get the outstanding balance refunded. Be very wary of this company.

Shocking service. Had our money over 2 months ago and still haven't delivered half of our order have ignored emails and phone calls for the past 3 weeks. Were promised t-shirts were being printed when we went in two weeks ago still nothing. Change the spec of what we ordered previously to an inferior product meaning the quality was much worse and half the clothes now don't fit because the sizing is different. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Ordered boots 4 weeks ago, supposed to be next day delivery. Keeps calling them to be told it's been dispatched will be with you tomorrow. Avoid at all cost

Ordered 5 work polo tops, 3 where the wrong size, to big. I sent the 3 back and chased up the order 3 times to be told they was being posted and have never received the order, every time Im told they are on there way, so I paid 54 for 2 polo shirts, still get loads of emails from the company but no joy with my first order, maybe get a response with leaving this review.
