More than happy with the completed driveway installation by this firm. It looks wonderful and the whole experience, from the initial quotation to the finished work was problem free. We thought the price very fair too, especially in the current financial climate. We agreed to advertise the work in return for a discount percentage. On reading several reviews I felt I had to make people aware of my experience with this company. Once they get your money there is no further customer service. I tried to contact Terry on several occasions with photos of the defects which started to appear after several months as I was not satisfied . He was not interested and his final comment was that I live too close to the sea. My house is a 20 min walk away so not acceptable. Should of told me that before taking my money. Considering it supposedly comes with a 20 year guarantee this it 6 years later. I am now having to pay another company to try and rectify the issues.
