We have our paper & card picked up every few weeks, usually by a guy called Nick who is always friendly and helpful. And when calling up to book it all in, whoever is on the phone has also always been a great help. so a solid 5 stars from us.

My bins got left out because they werent picked up on time. I subsequently got left with a fine which they refused to pay because their driver told them there was nothing left outside when there was. In fact, I even have CCTV footage proving so. My business was left with a fine and an abundance of spare prepaid bin liners. I could not use them and continue with the service knowing I might get left with another fine. I called and had many email chains regarding this issue. To which the response was that they could do nothing for me. Sadly this was the 4th time they had made an error with my bins. This last time was just the final straw. To make it clear they would not resolve my issue and I was left at a total loss. I wasted so much time and money on this issue. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. Really truly quite shocking. After discussing with other local businesses most had had the same experience and also swapped suppliers. Stay away from this service. Service: Waste recycling
