Working in clinical practice, it's so clear how one glitch in the 'process' can make everything grind to a halt. Eschmann Technologies Ltd recently supported us enormously in delivering an Autoclave for over Christmas while our other one was broke with no mechanics working to fix it. Without the loan autoclave we would have been without sterile instruments for essential operations and surgery that was undertaken over the Christmas period. A situation that could have put is in a very tricky situation should a emergency arise and we didn't have necessary sterile instruments to deal with it appropriately. Great service and support - if anyone is looking for a new autoclave and support service, we would certainly recommend.
