Stephanie Brunton is one of the most unprofessional Sales Conveyancer Ive ever dealt with, constantly bringing her personal life in to mix complaining that work is interfering with her childcare and missing kids clubs because of having to chase issues with a sale, every time there was a problem with the sale she would spin the problem back round to her and how it affects her time with her children as she works from home, trying to guilt you for calling (during office ours I may add) Completely unprofessional never spoken to someone so rude and unprofessional. This is the cheapest and poorly run firm I have ever dealt with . Never again.

My sister and I recently used BES Legal (Lancing) for conveyancing of the sale of a Lancing property. Stephanie Brunton supported us throughout in an efficient and helpful way. We would recommend BES and would certainly use them again should the need arise.

Used Bes legal when I had to sell my mother's property to pay for her care home fee,s. Stephanie Brunton dealt with it and couldn't have worked harder or more efficiently if she tried. Was always on hand with advice and extremely caring and helpful when we encountered a few problems enabling the sale to go through in record time. I highly recommend Bes legal and especially Steph and would use them if the need arose in the future.

I have used BES legal services on a couple of occasions now. I worked with Steph who was extremely efficient nothing being to much trouble ,i was informed at all times and any queries were dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate in using them again.
