About a year ago B H Hayes installed a new mains box at our house, they were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. On Thursday night we lost most of our electric supply, I rang at 8.30 on Friday morning, at 9.15 Shaun arrived, he worked through the problem and was able to restore most of the supply but said that they would need to come back and carry out some tests which needed two of them. On Friday afternoon I received a call to say that they would be back on Monday, {today}, at between 11.00-1.00. They arrived at exactly 11.00am. They told me that it would probably take about two hours to fix the problem, after thirty minutes they found the problem which was a fault on the boiler, this will be fixed by the boiler manufacturer as it is still under warranty. If they were unethical they could have stayed for two hours and charged me for that, by being honest they have reduced the amount they can charge me. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone else who needs an electrician. The electricians were Shaun & Pete & they were both friendly, polite & a pleasure to deal with.
