Very rude and unhelpful receptionist and you can never get appointment. Avoid . No customer service.

Don't bother just go to a and e or you will die waiting for an appointment..... If you are extremely lucky and manage to get the rude receptionist to arrange a call from a doctor it is unlikely that they will bother or they will just say to go to a and e.... Hardly a suprise that hospital waiting times are so long.

What an utter disgrace! It is impossible to get someone to see you face-to-face, God forbid your baby from having any urgent issues, you'd best be going to the A&E straight away! Just got turned away from child vaccination for being 10 minutes late due to very bad traffic. And now I'm rebooked for a day I was told they don't have vaccination clinic on. Just wasted a holiday here when I can't remember ever being called in on time for an appointment anyways!! The overall attitude was very unsimpatetic and unhelpful and not for the first time...

Near impossible to get a gp appt. Don't bother trying over the phone. They say to turn up and wait outside for when they open at half 8 (there's always a queue waiting). They only offer on the day appts and if you miss out then hard luck basically. when I said not everyone could do this, and what if someone is sick latet in the day, so the system didn't work, they said it won't be going back to how things were before and suggested I ask a neighbour to come book my appt for me if I couldn't get there. I get extreme anxiety whenever I need to see a doctor now because its such a negative expetience every time. The doctors are dismissive and rude and unhelpful and the nurses ive seens were cold and had no empathy. The 1 star I gave is for the physio who works there, as he is lovely. I've been trying to get a review for my meds for a prescription for days and am always told "try again tomorrow". They close over the weekend.
