        Called so many times had to listen to a long drawn out message and then told they can't take the call. So rude. Then finally got through to an advisor who just left me hanging on the line phone cut out. Awful service.

        Useless service; automated reply to email - 'Allow 7 days for us to reply to your email'. Phone service: nice friendly woman, but clueless about the matter in hand. I wondered whether it was a cleaner who just happened to pick up the phone in passing..

        Customer service is totally rubbish. 1 star is still too much for their service. They ignore the customer, do not respect even though they wanted to be RESPECTED. What a contradiction. They are not professional, don't know what to do, don't know what they are dealing with, and being kept in bias. Just want to earn money with a no responsibility- interesting guys.
