If you need a place where to can go in pain and leave without it you need to go and find Miles. Really friendly with a lot of knowledge and patience to share the knowledge and make sure that you understand it as well!

I visited Miles due to some pain in my knee following pilates/yoga. He was able to see me within a couple of days, quickly diagnosed me and recommended a route to recovery. I was really impressed with his knowledge, in particular regarding general womens health. I have since recommended my Husband (an ultra marathon runner) and Daughter who have both visited and who have been equally complimentary about Miles. Would strongly recommend.

Would highly recommend seeing Miles if struggling with injuries For 3 months had a torn hamstring had tried cupping multiple times did not work! One session with Miles I can now participate in my sporting activities. Great service

I went to see Miles with a shoulder mobility issue. His practice room is welcoming and comfortable. Miles made me feel at ease straight away. After a thorough assessment he began the treatment. He talked through everything he was doing and made sure I understood it all. After each part of the treatment he assessed my mobility again before moving on. By the end of the hour, I could already feel my movement was easier and mobility increased. Miles gave me some exercises to do to help in my progression. Hes made a huge difference and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him or go to him again the future. Thank you Miles

I went to various sports specials and doctors with my back pain from sports I had for years , miles was the one who actually managed to not only diagnose but also treat .
