Paid for VIP for toilet and bar options that they offered. Security guards were letting in people that hadnt paid for VIP so everyone was using the toilets and bar. I had to stand in a que at the bar behind people who hadnt paid for VIP. The toilets later on in evening had dirty sanitary items thrown all over the floor of the ladies loo, no bins provided. Disgusting and unhygienic for VIP. Do NOT recommend for the money. Emailed a complaint, no response so after sending a follow up email they reply with points will be discussed at next meeting. Not really bother about this feedback so thought I would leave a review to let others know for the future. They are advertising 10 year anniversary next year so the festival has been going 10 years so you would have thought this would not have happened. Wouldnt get this dirty toilet situation at other festivals.

Great music and cider festival on our doorstep. Every year it seems to get a little bit better and punches above it weight for a festival this size with decent headliners each night. Prices are probably about average nowadays for entry, beers and food at a festival. Staff are generally friendly and even let you pop out to allow children to be collected by family before the adults can then have some fun without them!
