Rowlands Pharmacy Church Stretton

This Pharmacy is terribly unrealible, always missing medication and constantly makes excuses. Adhoch unstaffed lunch breaks makes it a chore to actually visit. Go somewherer else to get prescriptions fufilled, appalling service.

Always been served as quickly as possible and always with politeness. Unfortunately people dont take into account that Rowlands is moving towards an online service and allowing high street branches to stagnate. This is perfectly illustrated by the company only having one employee ( covering the roles of 3 previous employees plus her own) and using locum/agency staff that lack the same dedication, punctuality, drive and crucially, loyalty to customers. She is always polite even when faced with abuse and rudeness from frustrated and angry customers ( they would be leaving via the window if I was serving) so 5 stars but only because of Lynn.

Since Jan the pharmacist and the rest of the staff left, it has gone from 5 stars to 0 really. You will wait forever, which is fine as the staff appear to change weekly and they don't have enough staff, however I've been dispensed the wrong medication - should have been diabetic meds and the label was correct, but was actually given blood pressure meds! They shut early telling people at the door it was too busy and one chap had been told to go back at that time but he was told no, come back tomorrow (he needed his prescription) and then I drove by as they left 10 mins after the actual shutting time, and one woman behind the counter was just downright rude saying loudly they'll be there til midnight, don't let anyone else in. This is just three times in the last two weeks. Such a shame.
