The mechanic is the only person who actually seems to care in this god forsaken place the 2 women on reception are rude, deceitful and just horrible to deal with both in person and over the phone. May I suggest if they dont like vehicle related questions maybe look for employment in anywhere other than a garage as it tends to be the place people go with issues and questions about vehicles. They lied to me about the services the company provides and from the conversation I had with the very nice mechanic it is a frequent issue. He isnt the owner and so his hands are tied and I appreciate his apology but I hope the owner may see this and might do some investigating as I think you will find these 2 are a detriment to your company.

On board computer kept showing low tyre pressures on my wife's car so phoned Long Mynd Service Station on a Friday to ask if they could check for slow punctures - they said they couldn't do anything until the end of the following week ! Not very good and it is unlikely that I will be getting my next set of tyres from them. A pity, in the past they have been quite helpful

Excellent all round service., from phone call, to using app for ordering tyres, to booking in and fitting. Very quick and efficient service by well mannered staff. Brilliant!
