Stretton Dental Practice

Alwful, very rude staff, not good with kids got no empathy at all. My daugther was crying in pain and the dentist was tutting and rolling her eyes. The dental nurse wasn't much better. No bye, no information of when to return. Attually walked out and called another dentist and moved both my children after attending the appointment. Will be reporting to Pals as definitely not follow their workplace values.

I'm so shocked to hear all these reviews, maybe friends and family of the person who was spoke to rudely? I'm 44yrs of age, ive been going here since I was 11yrs old, and got to say that Mr Abbas is by far the best dentist, and i'll follow him wherever he goes, my only gripe is nobody ever answers the phone, so I struggle to get an appointment or to cancel one.

I wouldn't use after hearing the conversation with the staff there and a customer for a little girl needing dental work!!!! shocking !! 0 stars!

as a community group we do not often write these type of reviews as its usually always good! ... unfortunately after hearing about the dentists phone call with a member of ours and having listened to the way the staff attacked the customer for going through what's happening I find this upsetting and poor such a practise will snoop to these type of levels. Unfortunately for the girl needing treatment she will now need to be re-referred and go else where to get treatment after 1 staff member was rude and then the manager didn't sort the situation out but only added to it. I do hope the practise corrects their ways going forward and its a shame on them for the poor attitude and response.

oh dear, its all going around on social media about this place and I wasn't going to write the review but we listened to the recording and the staff was way out of line to attack a customer talking about his daughters case for her teeth. I hope hope the directors / owners see these and correct their way! ..... I believe an apology is in order!!! 0 stars!
