Went in today to get vinegar. The whole top came off the bottle I had in my basket splashing all over the floor and my jeans. I went to tell a manager and she ignored me and demanded two employees get a mop straight away. I was taken aback at how she spoke to the staff and never even offered me an apology or asked if I was ok. Just because this is the only supermarket in church strett does not mean you do not have to be polite to customers or staff

Please instruct your till operators not to be over friendly with male customers , especially when with their wives/partners. Horrid till experience at lunchtime today for me, when with my male partner being flirted with by a silly middle-aged fuzzy grey haired female till operator, nearest the entrance. Spoiled my shopping experience there today, completely. She giggled constantly so sillily and asked question after question etc regarding where we'd been today etc etc. Wish she'd done her job better. Shan't go here again, unless absolutely desperate. Too costly here, too
