Before meeting Amanda, I had acupuncture for an injury. Nearly losing hope, I decided to try acupunture for my chronic periods. She took her time through the consultation and sent a detailed whole-person approach to help me with my menstrual cycle. I am only on my 4th month but the changes I am seeing are amazing! Every time we evaluate the plan and I feel listened to and understood. Highly recommend Amanda to anyone interested in this approach.

Amanda really helped me with numerous complaints from trouble sleeping, knee pain, shoulder flexibility, balancing hormones and general improvement in how I am feeling. Amanda is flexible and reassuring and I would highly recommend her.

I can whole heartedly recommend Amanda. She is very knowledgeable and the treatments are effective and totally relaxing. There is no pressure to book lots of sessions and Amanda is calm and kind and not at all pushy. The treatment room is clean, comfortable and felt covid safe. I would not hesitate to seek her help again if I ever need to.

Amanda Bedding (Shropshire Acupuncture) is a star. I first went to see her for treatment when I was struggling big time, both emotionally and physically in a very stressful time of my life. For which I am extremely grateful. I immediately felt in very safe and capable hands with Amanda, she is clearly a highly experienced and professional practitioner, as well as a lovely warm and supportive individual. I highly recommend Amanda and I will enjoy seeing her for seasonal maintenance treatments.
