I think the tour is worth going on either way, though, as this is a beautiful home. It doesn't have as much history as other stately homes, being a "new" build, but it's still lovely. My tour guide (June 2022) was engaging and the tour didn't last too long. I did skip the tea that was included with the tour because I was traveling solo and didn't fancy making small talk with people I would never see again, so I can't speak to its quality.
All in all, I enjoyed my time here. If you're in Shropshire, Stokesay Court is worth checking out. I made a day out of visiting this place and Stokesay Castle, which I recommend.
