Brilliant service for teeth whitening received from an "amazing" lady, Meher was very informative about what to expect during and after the treatment and understood i had sensitive teeth, so tailored the treatment to my needs. My teeth look few shades whiter then before. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and look forward to booking a microdermabrasion facial soon with her. She is super friendly, i felt like i was recieving the treatment from a friend.

This teeth whitening was the worst experience ever, I have suffered from a swollen lip which looked like the horror stories you see on the tv when lip filler has gone horribly wrong. I have suffered serious chemical burns and ended up in hospital with the lip and burns on the inside of the mouth where the whitening gel had touched my mouth. I have not been able to go to work or step outside the house. I have been in soo much pain and even 6 dAys later my mouth is still painful and I am having to drink through a straw and can only eat on one side of my mouth. I am still taking pain killers for the pain, I cannot brush my teeth as it is too painful. I rang the lady on the way home and even asked when I first looked in the mirror after the treatment if it was normal for the lips to be swollen this much and she claimed it was because the mouth guard had been in for a long time and this can cause the lips to do funny things, this was a lie. The gel had touched my lips and inside my mouth.The lady then denied any negligence and instead said it was my fault, although she was supposed to know that the if the mouth guard slips there is a chance that this strong gel can cause burns!The teeth whitening was blotchy and I didnt get the result I was promised. I travelled over an hour to this place but it has been one of the worse experiences of my life. The lady has not once apologised for what has happened to me which Is shocking as I sent her photos of my swollen lip and sent several messages about what had happened. Wont be recommending to anybody.
