        My favorite discount store in W1 area. (Just in NW1 but an easy walk) Clean, bright and the staff are helpful.

        Really bad service. I bought a hairdryer (for 16.99!!) that keeps heating up when not blowing which I have never seen in my life before and they refused to refund my money. It's a big security issue as I easily forget to plug off my hairdryer or to turn off the heat, so I can basically throw it away. For me as a student that is a lot of money and it's not acceptable!
