The nail technician had an attitude with me from the get-go. He got frustrated with me for not being quick enough when deciding on which nail colour I wanted on MY NAILS. Towards the end of the appointment, I politely asked the technician how long it would take, as I had another destination to go to shortly after. The nail technician then snapped at me and exclaimed, "If you want to leave, you should just go!"
In terms of the appearance of my nails, they look average at best - nothing special. A 7 year old would be able to do a better job. It's no surprise that this salon hasn't received an award since 2017.
I am highly disappointed in the treatment I received today. I would not touch Marlybone Nails & Beauty with a ten foot pole.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A NAIL SALON!!! Services: Nail cut & filing, Nail painting, Nail repair
