Just had an appointment with Dr Katrina Humphreys she was very professional in what she does for living very understanding no delays been seen at my booked time. Reception was very helpful and flexible with the bookings tbh very rare and exceptional experience in any GP. Top

Ive been with Lisson Grove Practice for more than 10 years. Their staff are amazing. Supportive doctors, nurses, receptionists showed they really care for their patients. Sad to be moving away. Wish them carrying on their positivity in the midst of this difficult time for NHS and everyone

I have been a happy "customer" at the Lisson Grove Health Centre for about 30 years now. First I saw Doctor Wormell, then Doctor Tonkin and at the moment Doctor Scozzi. All have been excellent doctors who take very good care of their patients and really care about the well-being of the patients. Now as my previous two doctors no longer work at Lisson Grove I focus my review on Doctor Scozzi. She is competent and efficient and has excellent listening skills. She replied all my questions in a detailed manner, made me feel at ease, and recommended appropriate actions to be taken. NHS is operating under unusually heavy constraints right now, hence I wanted to give the team at The Lisson Grove Health Centre a thumbs up. Also compliments to the nice and competent blond lady at the reception who has been there as long as I have visited the surgery. She has consistently provided excellent customer service. Overall the Lisson Grove team is very good and I appreciate the hard work and dedication which they demonstrate. Keep up the good work.
