        I have tried to purchase the property. Lack of communication from this agency, and I needed to pay for the landlords legal costs for the assignment of the lease, which they said was the market normality for the buyer in the area but is not. I don't recommend the agency at all. Eventually, the purchase was cancelled due to the tenants couldn't vacate the property. Please be aware of what you are paying for, and market normality is not to cover the seller's legal costs, which I did it. -5 stars
