Really speedy service, very easy transaction with very friendly and assuring service. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future whenever I have jewellery to sell. Payment is on hand and even though I chose cash I'm very assured from other reviews I've read that any kind of transaction would go down well too. This being the first time Ive sold personal gold items, I needed to find someone who would be honest, kind and professional, particularly since I was dealing with sentimental objects and heirlooms. Finding Yardna was a relief. Precisely what I was looking for when I met with Yusuf, an authentic individual with a caring attitude. After pricing my collection, I needed time to decide if we would go through with the sale, upon returning a week later the price of gold had dropped however I was still offered the earlier price, a generous gesture. I was also able to make some alternations and stone replacements to rings I intend to keep, at very friendly prices. I will certainly return and recommend Yardna to anyone seeking handholding in the process of selling their gold.
