I am never the one to get a buzz from leaving a bad review, but this needs to be said. the appointment started with treatment, the assistant then dried my hair without any heat protection and damaged it again. The director of the salon cut my hair for 7 minutes, leaving me with feathered hair and no symmetry. he was just randomly picking up bits of my hair and not even cutting it straught. it was absolutely insane, my hair felt thin and looked nothing like it does. Then my hair was dried again without protection, by then the director of the salon just left to go downstairs as he doesn dry hair and never reappeared. safe to say i left as soon as possible before they could do any more damage. I complained and send pictures but was told that from the pictures it is not possible to see what's wrong with my hair and the salon refused to refund me for my haircut. Asoblutely disappointing and horrible experinece.

Visited Rotana for the second time the other week for my post-lockdown haircut, and the service was amazing! Mohamed cuts my hair in such a way that really works with the texture and fall of my hair, I'm so glad I've found 'my' London hairdresser, cannot recommend him enough!
