        Can't believe the one star reviews for this branch. I have lived in W2 since 1999. The staff have always been helpful. Yes the machines outside sometimes are not working, but im not surprised as they are used constantly. I am happy with the service and Eva is a lovely lady. Courteous and helpful. Keep up the great work. People moan about everything. If this branch was not located here we would have to travel to Kilburn. Be kind.

        Had to go into the branch to fix a problem that wasnt my fault (after being on hold on the phone for 2 hours). Went on a Saturday morning (because there are no branches open during the week for anyone that works full time) and the queue was out the door and didnt move the whole time I was there so gave up. The woman on the door was being very rude and snarky to the people on the queue who were rightly frustrated.
