DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What an absolute disaster from start to finish. The fitting was supposed to commence last January and I took a weeks leave from work as I have a disabled husband. Not only did the fitter not turn up, but we were not informed either. Next the wrong shower base was delivered, then when that was finally resolved, we had a fitter with hardly any experience, on his phone, looking at YouTube videos. He disconnected the electrics then admitted he wasn't an electrician and had to wait for the company one to turn up. No electrician turned up, so we paid extra and had our own who we tried to bill the company for, unsuccessfully. The lack of communication between the company themselves is abysmal and they fob you off promising everything will be to our satisfaction. It's not! I am constantly looking at bad workmanship and will be contacting the City of Guilds to inform them.

Where do I start. This company first contacted us in February to commence work on our new bathroom. After the initial planning and measuring we waited and waited but to no avail. My husband kept calling them but they fobbed us of with excuse after excuse. Eventually on 13 September an engineer turned up and spent a week installing the bathroom. However we are in the far north of Scotland and he was from Birmingham and it was going to cost the company too much money so he left us with initially two snags which he assured us would be sourced locally and promptly. But NO! We are now heading into the end of November and nothing. We have no door flap and the floor constantly floods, holes in the cabinet doors, and now the toilet seat is poorly fitted and the pump intermittently ceases up. We keep phoning and emailing them but they're constantly in meeting and will call back but never do! We are an elderly couple my husband is 81 and it is taking its toll on our health. Please do not use this company. They should not be trading.

My grandad had a wet room installed last month and he is now bathing with a lot more comfort. The office really helped keep us updated with any changes on the run up to the bathroom and the bathroom installer was lovely and has done a fantastic job highly recommend
