I used Calcaria mini bus service for a holiday I had organised with 6 friends. The journey was from East Rigton, Wetherby to Newcastle airport. Great value for money, on time, professional and even though our return flight was delayed slightly , Ross our driver was waiting for us and rang to reassure us as we were collecting our bags. Would use again and reccomend to others. Thanks for making the start and end of our holiday perfect and complete.

My mum booked a month in advance for a mini bus to get to my cousins wedding. We needed a cab which could carry a wheelchair user. They double checked the taxi was still required a week before and we confirmed. On the day, we were told another job had come up at the last minute. If we hadnt have kept ringing and texting, we wouldnt have even found that out. My mum had to drive, which meant she couldnt have a drink and fully enjoy herself.

Taxi into York and back from Church Fenton. Perfectly pleasant outbound journey. Taxi was 40 mins late picking us up for return journey. Not a word of apology from the driver and no offer of any discount as recompense for our wait. Not what I would call good customer service.
