My journey with Michelle just begun and its been a fantastic start. Michelle has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. I love the friendly atmosphere and the classes are always great, the small groups mean Michelle is keeping an eye on your form something you never get in larger venues! Super recommend

Love this place!! Super friendly, not overwhelming and very welcoming. Always someone to help you on how the machines work but the best thing is Michelle, shes amazing at what she does makes you feel comfortable and your sessions go so quick you dont even feel like youve done a work out (till the following day when you get that good ache from working out) unique, friendly and great place to work out!

I started my 1-2-1 PT sessions 9 weeks ago and I honestly can't thank Michelle enough. From day one she has put me at ease, been completely supportive and is pushing me to achieve my goals. The results after 9 weeks speak for themselves and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Michelle. If your thinking of joining a gym or starting with a PT then I highly recommend Michelle and the Prime Anatomy Fitness Gym.

I completed the summer shred programme and what a transformation in just 8 weeks! Michelle is brilliant. I learnt loads about better eating habits and an effective fitness regime. Really enjoyed the structure of it all and the weekly tracking updates were a really powerful view of my progress. Very happy with results! Thank you very much, would definitely recommend!
