Avoid! Rude cab driver and cab office. Rang to complain, left me waiting so he could listen to the driver. Came back on the phone with a disgusting attitude and told me to get to the point. Wasn't even able to complain as they clearly do not value their customers. I also got accused of owing them money when I called to book, I've used them twice.The driver didn't have correct change yet I'm in the wrong for wanting my correct change. The driver lied but hey, they need us more than we need them lol. Oh and dont try ask to be dropped by your front door, the driver will start screaming at you and blaming you for where you live (there's snow atm and apparently that's my fault) after telling you he hasn't got enough money to give you change.Trash company, use uber or bolt.

This guy was absolute horrible. It was absolute racist! Even though I was drunk. That doesn't mean that I am not conscious about my behaviour. So sad. Try to have so some professional behaviour.

I called a cab they made me wait 25 minutes and mixed up my pickup , then the driver called me not apologising but screaming with rage even though it was him who made a mistake and went to a random other location! So unprofessional
