Absolutely avoid at all costs of your time , money and energy ! 4 of us friends went out for meal. The food arrival from the point of ordering starters was over 30 minutes. The lamb was undercooked and not fresh. The manager when requesting a service charge refund of a mere 19.44 was defiant in retaining it. Yes we paid 155 for an absolute disaster mealThe starters were very nice but the anticipation is always to the main course and that was not the case. Starters were lovely tbh.The most horrible part made to look cheap when questioning. Really this place is mirage of class as it not from our experience. I paid under protest and you can as well to reinforce your rights if they refuse you empathy. You can see from the invoice we dinned on 15 July 2022 and we actually gave Liban Tapas preference over a previous booking at another restaurant.The operations. manager said to me in his restaurant the next day when I disputed it what do you want me to do ? I requested he adjust the lamb shawarma charge 17.95 and refund the 19.44 service charge that he refused flatly and said I offer you nothing and responded to my complaint email as attached.Customers invest our time for not just a meal but an experience. My experience was this unfortunately and I am very very disappointed in the service by Liban Tapas.
