I live within a property at which they manage the building, my flat is right at he top therefore the building attic is above me, Since February/March I had been unable to sleep as there was a constant running/digging noise coming from the ceiling to which I knew could only be mice/rats, I complained several times to which they had promised to send someone down, they didn't at all. The NOISE finally stopped for around 2 weeks, little did I know that this was because the rodents had died and were decaying up in our air vents, throughout the heatwave the smell was absolutely horrible, unable to sleep in with that smell. We complained once more and someone came down, confirmed it was dead rodents up there which were causing the smell, nothing else was done. They later said the pest control were going, tried to charge me a call-out for them attempting to attend and me not being there, where this hadn't been true I later discovered, the management company stopped responding me until my Landlord contacted them, to which they booked in for 2 weeks after the occurrence to which I took time off work to make myself available, and guess what? They simply did not show up, then confirmed pest control had been (which they hadn't) they attended my neighbour but did not even knock at my door or call me. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply try to delay it once more, so that I have to loose MORE hours off work, stay in the horrible smell. They are so unprofessional, Veronica simply decides to not answer my emails as soon as I get upset about this whole mess going ahead. As this point, easier just living with the problem then expecting them to sort anything out.

I have never come across a more unprofessional company than this one and there are some pretty awful property management companies out there, but this has to be one of the worst. Completely unprofessional and in responsive, behaving completely inappropriately and forgetting that they work for the freeholders rather than against them. I would avoid using this company at all costs

Honestly can't even put into words how happy I am right now! After just a phone call of explaining my unfortunate & complicated position Chrissy was really understanding & helped me and my sister in every way she possibly could. 3 days later we are have settled into our new home & couldn't be happier. Thank you ever so much.

My building manager is awful. I can't name her because she has never actually introduced herself to me. She is rude, has extremely poor communication skills and really is not the sort of person who should be working with members of the public. If you want residents who are left feeling upset and insulted by the people who are paid to make them feel safe, then go ahead and work with Vision. I have submitted a complaint about this member of staff as I have been left feeling shocked and appalled by her behaviour more than once and hope that this complaint will be dealt with appropriately. A good management service isn't just about painting and repairs. Having good people skills and the ability to deal with residents in a polite and considerate manner is also vital.
