        Abysmal landlords avoid them at all costs. I suspect some of the other reviews on here are planted by them as everyone in the building and a neighbouring building has a very poor opinion of them and how little they do to improve their buildings/apartments or even listen to the tenants needs. Its hard to believe any tenant can have a positive experience of them. Avoid speaking to Waseem Ahmed too as he will make out its your fault and is extremely unprofessional. They would rather send in their maintenance team who will not get the job fixed than pay an independent contractor thus leading to more issues.
