Boxx

I love the classes at Boxx - I have been coming every Friday for over a year now! I have wanted South Woodford to have a gym like this for years and Boxx definitely delivers. The instructors are brilliant, really welcoming and always new class content so no session is ever the same. Shout out to Nicky who always has the best tunes playing and is super motivating. Thanks Boxx see ya next week

A compact and friendly boxing gym. Beginner friendly, high energy and focused instructors. Good demonstration on technique. 45min perfect work out for work nights, would be good if weekend classes could be 1 hour. Enjoy the tunes and phone free time!

My daughter is coming to kickboxing and she loves it. It's a really wonderful place and the children have a fab time in the classes

Our daughter joined Boxx a year ago and she has really enjoyed the classes. Supporting a small local business was important to us but it really paid off in how welcoming and supportive they were with her. Boxercise has really helped her self esteem and emotional wellbeing as well as keeping her fit. She loves it. We very much recommend this studio for its family approach and care for the children's physical and mental wellbeing.

My 11 year old wanted to try the kids class, so I signed up, fully expecting to have to nag him about wasting my money! He never misses a class, loves it and all the staff are amazing with the kids- highly recommend!
