Have had 2 sessions so far with Livia. She is very friendly and has definitely helped with the pain in my back. She demonstrated exercises for me to do daily and emailed them to me with a helpful check list attached. I would definitely recommend her and would book again if I need any future appointments.

Exceptional experience with Ben Cohen and Maria Hookway as Osteopath. Maria was extremely knowledgeable, personable and able to determine the root cause of issues which has allowed me to overcome any identified issues. Also excellent customer service from the wider Ben Cohen team making the bookings process always seamless.

The place (south woodford branch) is well equipped and looked after. The practitioner that is treating me (Jennifer) is a really professional and skilled therapist, identifying and tackling the source of my issues (in my case, sciatica and lower back pain) and addressing very useful tips and advices. Truly happy with this place.

5 stars isnt enough, at Christmas I had a flare up of what I thought was sciatica. The pain was unbearable. I booked an appointment with Jennifer. After just a few questions and a few movements Jennifer had explained what was causing the pain. Jennifer then worked on the areas, explained some stretches and movements to do. This worked wonders. I then had 3 follow up sessions over the next 3 weeks. A plan was put in place with a stretching and exercise plan. Less than a month on Im feeling back to 100% thank you so much for helping me.

Ive been going to see Maria at the Ben Cohen Osteopathy clinic for almost 2 years now and I would highly recommend her and wouldnt go anywhere else. I originally went to her for neck, shoulder and migraines which she treated successfully after a few sessions but now I go every 6-8 weeks for maintenance to manage my symptoms. Maria has also treated me for plantar fasciitis which I never thought was possible but its completely healed. Im always given advice and exercises to follow up on to improve and strengthen the areas of concern. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Maria, she is a lovely and caring person as well as being a brilliant osteopath.
