Jack is super professional, welcoming, pays attention to every little detail, recommends the best suited and affordable plan for you. I cant complain really, the customer service is great, the people who work that are caring and try to find a solution to your problems as quick as possible. They follow up with you and to be honest, they are really engaging when it comes to conversation. I strongly recommend this place :)!

Superb service would recommend to anyone, broken screen, repaired quicker than expected and cheaper than I was expecting after looking online at average prices fully deserves the 5 stars

Life Saver. Used them for the first time yesterday and always will. I was on my way to the Apple Store due to my iPhone having black screen death. I was so happy to see the shop open. Jack was excellent. Very knowledgeable and was confident in leaving my phone with him. Needless to say an hour later phone sorted, but prior to that he would communicate the process. Excellent.
