        Amazing sales team. I had little knowledge about Gwadar and CPEC. They shared decent amount of knowledge and explained well enough whilst on calls. I am bit embarrassed to have been unaware of the Gwadar and CPEC for so long. Just came to know that New Gwadar International Airport is to become operational this year. Googled the news and found many. Gwadar will rise, sooner or later. Anyway, got convinced and invested.

        Verified the project on GDA website and they had valid NOC. Found location ideal for a seafront living. Overall good repute. Bought 5 Marla and hoping it to be a good long-term investment. Supporting myself, supporting Pakistan.

        My friend has got a plot with this company. They cant come forward as they will create difficulties for them so i am on their behalf. One of the most fraudulent company ever. Working in London and selling plots in Balochistan. Make you buy plots forcefully once you submit request & one of the member chases you untill you buy one, follows once a month even if you ask them not to call back. Buyback option was one of the way to boost sales but nobody is ever offered to avail that opportunity. Moreover, relaxation in instalments is just another dream they make you see when selling us the plot. You can probably scale their progress by their turnover in the staff as one month they have one person and next month someone else. Very disturbing and horrible
