Kumon Maths & English

My kids have been doing Kumon since they were in year one, and it's been a game-changer! My son is now in year five, and my daughter is in year three, and they're both at the top of their class in English and Maths. For those who don't know, Kumon is a self-paced programme that focuses on building strong foundations in Maths and English. Students complete daily assignments that gradually increase in difficulty, which helps them to master new concepts and skills. One of the things I love about Kumon is that it's taught them how to work independently. They can study at their own pace and progress according to their abilities. This has been a real confidence booster for them, and it's given them a sense of responsibility for their own learning. Now that my son is gearing up for the 11 Plus exam, Kumon has been even more important. He's already in the habit of studying every day, which has helped him stay on track with his prep work. The Kumon instructor at South Woodford centre - Peter, is awesome too! He's always helpful and really knows how to motivate the kids. He can spot when they're struggling with something and adjust their work accordingly. It's made a huge difference in their progress and their attitude towards learning. Kumon has been an amazing resource for our family, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to give their kids a solid foundation in Maths and English.

Kumon South Woodford has helped our two children to gain speed and confidence in maths and English, and given them a significant academic boost. The daily workbooks also instil self-discipline and concentration. It's a relatively traditional paper-based formula but is far more rigorous and economic than the plethora of high street tuition providers. Peter is a kind and dedicated educational supervisor.

My children have been attending Kumon for many years for Maths and English tuition. Without a doubt Kumon has vastly improved their knowledge and has given them confidence in school. Their mental maths have developed exceptionally well and their english comprehension and knowledge has progressed over and above what they do at school. Kumon provides an excellent foundation and continues to support and improve their learning. Peter and the staff at South Woodford Kumon are committed and brilliant!

Kumon has helped my daughter progress and achieve in her knowledge and understanding. Would highly recommend and great teachers at the Woodford centre.
